Free Diabetes Prevention Program

According to the CDC, more than 37 million people in the United States have diabetes, and 20% of them don't know they have it. Type 2 Diabetes is the most common form of diabetes but losing weight by eating healthy and being more active can cut your risk of getting type 2 diabetes in half.

The Health Department’s PreventT2 program is a year-long diabetes prevention program where classes meet live online with trained lifestyle coaches on a regular schedule.
